Biarritz Airport engaged wewake for a campaign to promote low-cost flights operated by Transavia.

The client

Aéroport Biarritz–Pays Basque is a regional airport in Anglet serving the French Basque Country and the Basque Coast. It offers direct flights within France and Europe, passenger information for departures and arrivals, and terminal services including opening hours, baggage services, parking and contact information.

The brief

Promote Transavia flights at attractive prices departing from Biarritz through a geotargeted social ads campaign linking directly to the offer.

Actions & strategy

wewake advised Biarritz Airport on a campaign designed to highlight Transavia flights. The agency developed targeting by interests and sociodemographic profiles, redirection to the offer, and retargeting. It also assisted with ad copywriting. The ads were managed in-house by the airport: wewake's role focused on recommendations and advisory support for the teams.
